It is an entry level doming kit - a good start for absolute beginners, who are attracted to the doming process.  FS 050 includes: - 1 manual applicator - 5 cartridges of PU resin - of 50 ml each - 5 mixing tubes - 1 purge cup - user guide CD with training movie  1 ml of resin covers approximately a surface of 25mm x 25mm, so for calculations - one cartridge contains enough resin to cover 300 square mm.
The resin can be applied to many different materials - vinyl, polyester, laminates, metals, plastics etc.
Printing processes - screen print, off-set or digital print.
As a basic guideline we always advise our customers to make some tests before starting the proper resin application.
Full cure time - 24 hours at room temperature. The cure process can be speeded up by exposing the labels at elevated temperature.
Recommended work environment - 22-25 0C, 40-50% relative humidity, dust free room.
Shelf live - 6 months or more.
